Terms & Conditions — GBOWin

To register an account and use the gbowin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all casino and sports betting activities on the Platform regardless of your jurisdiction.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other affiliated platform operated by GBOWin Group.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee or contractor of GBOWin Group or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously had an account on gbowin that was suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

gbowin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the gbowin platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings may be voided in cases where bonus abuse is identified across the duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. gbowin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify gbowin immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You must not share your account with, or allow access to your account by, any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or any third party who has accessed your account — is your sole responsibility.

All accounts on gbowin are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Balances, bonuses, wager amounts, and transaction records are all displayed and recorded in MYR. Deposits made via cryptocurrency are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

You must keep your registered contact information — particularly your email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times. gbowin uses these contact details for account verification, promotional communications, and security notifications. Outdated contact information may delay the processing of withdrawals or KYC verifications.

gbowin accepts deposits via the following channels, subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of transaction:

• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and all participating FPX member banks.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer.
• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB, subject to minimum equivalent deposit of MYR 30.

The minimum deposit across all payment methods is RM 30, unless a specific promotional offer specifies a different minimum. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may be limited to withdrawals under a specified threshold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction, subject to the specific payment method limits published on the Platform.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. gbowin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus balances will be subject to the applicable wagering requirement before processing.
• gbowin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals ofRM 5,000 or above including source-of-funds documentation.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours for verified accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours depending on network conditions. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 1–6 hours. These are indicative timeframes — actual processing may vary during peak periods or where additional review is required.

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. gbowin reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of RM 10 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy fees will be closed automatically.

gbowin offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (X10, X12, X15, X20, etc.) is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per hand is betweenMYR 250 and MYR 500, depending on the specific bonus. Exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winings.
• Game Contributions: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10–20%. Sports bets contribute at the rate specified in the individual offer terms. Some game titles may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or fully wagered within the validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from credit) will expire automatically and be removed from the account without any obligation on gbowin.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated in the offer terms.

gbowin employs sophisticated detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering strategies designed to hedge bonus outcomes, exploitation of software errors or lopholes, and systematic low-risk wagering solely to satisfy rollover requirements. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be suspended pending investigation.

All games and betting markets available on gbowin are subject to the specific game rules published within the respective game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating.

All slot and virtual casino games on gbowin use Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by the respective game studios and independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time with physical cards, wheels, or dice operated by human dealers under controlled studio conditions. gbowin does not manipulate game outcomes.

gbowin offers sports betting on a range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, and other international sporting events. Odds are set by gbowin's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. Accepted bets are final. In the event of a void event, stakes will be returned. In-play bets accepted after an event outcome is known will be voided.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a wager, gbowin reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. No liability shall arise for any anticipated winings from a wager voided under this provision. If a Player becomes aware of a game malfunction during play, they must stop playing and report it to support immediately.

Each game title and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. gbowin reserves the right to impose personal account stake limits on individual Players without prior notice where risk management or responsible gambling considerations require it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbowin platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment cards or accounts, creating fake accounts, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using gbowin to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using gaming activity as a mechanism to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format on the Platform.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with natural human play.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting software glitches, calculation errors, or display to place wagers at incorrect odds or to generate unintended outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after wagers have been settled. Any Player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended and the chargeback amount offset against any remaining balance.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using alternate identities, or employing systematic wagering strategies solely to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotions.
• Underage Access: Allowing or assisting any person under 21 years of age to access or use the gbowin platform.

gbowin reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including any Prohibited Activity listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account suspension.
• Identification of an account holder as subject to a self-exclusion order on any affiliated platform.

In cases of account closure following a confirmed violation, gbowin reserves the right to withold the account balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Players seeking self-exclusion should instead use the dedicated responsible gambling tools available in their account settings.

All content on the gbowin platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and underlying source code — is the intellectual property of GBOWin Group or its licensed game studio partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software on the Platform.
• Using the gbowin brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GBOWin Group and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including those caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems and live dealer operations beyond the Company's post-result control.
• Any actions taken by regulatory or law enforcement authorities in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.

gbowin's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by gbowin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, gbowin collects personal data necessary for account operation, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with AES-256 encryption. Your rights under applicable data protection law — including the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your data — are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

gbowin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem. The following tools are available to all Players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the operating jurisdiction of GBOWin Group. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager, game outcome, bonus calculation, or account balance, Players should first contact gbowin's support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. gbowin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, escalation procedures are available as detailed in our support documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

GBOWin Group reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered account address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the gbowin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. The version of these Terms in force at the time you placed a specific wager or claimed a specific bonus is the version that governs that transaction.
